Gregg T. Reyes is the President and CEO of Reytec, one of the largest minority-owned construction firms in the Houston area. Founded by Gregg in 1996, Reytec has earned a reputation for excellence in infrastructure and heavy underground utility construction, successfully completing over $1 billion in projects over the past 28 years.

As CEO, Gregg focuses on leading the company’s long term growth strategy, including its expansion into the Austin and Corpus Christi markets specializing in complex public infrastructure projects including demolition, earthwork development, underground utilities/large diameter water lines, water and wastewater plant construction, concrete structures, process equipment, process piping systems, concrete paving, sidewalks, driveways, hardscape and traffic signalization (complex traffic control systems). Hard work, dedication, lots of questions, versatility, and compassion is how his success has been accomplished.

Gregg is a past president of the Houston Contractors Association.  He serves as a member of the National Hispanic Professional Organization and the Houston Contractors Association.  Gregg is on the Board of Directors for the Transportation Advisory Group and is currently serving as Co-Chair of the Board for the 2024-2025 term. Gregg is a member of the National Association of Minority Contractors and is also active in the C Club of Houston.

Gregg is a native Houstonian born and raised in East Houston.
