GREENLIGHT HOUSTON
Greenlight Houston is TAG’s signature advocacy day in Austin, held during the first quarter of each legislative session. This day brings together regional transportation stakeholders, business leaders, and elected officials to educate policymakers and advocate for infrastructure funding and pro-mobility policies that drive the Houston region’s economic growth.
Serving as the culmination of TAG’s year-round advocacy efforts, Greenlight Houston unites our collective voice for transportation in one impactful day at the Capitol that leads to strong transportation policy for our region and across the State.
TAG actively identifies and advances opportunities that strengthen funding for Texas’s transportation system. We were a key leader in the passage and continuation of Propositions 1 and 7, which provide critical, long-term funding for the state’s transportation network and infrastructure.
